Return Policy and Guarantee
Passion Green stocks and uses the best quality plants and has rarely had any complaints regarding the health of the plants used. Plants can come under stress if not taken care as per conditions that it requires, this can easily escalate to a situation where the plants wilt and die if corrective action is not taken in time.
We will be happy to replace a plant received by you in wilted or dead condition within 2 days of delivery but do not take the responsibility thereafter as such condition could easily arise from neglect as well. Plants will have to be brought to our store for exchange. We will be happy to help you with right care procedure if you think that plant health is doubtful.
We take responsibility of planters for breakages only till the time they are delivered. Once delivered we will not be responsible for any breakages. We recommend a complete check of the plant on delivery.
- Orders placed on the website can be reversed only till such time that the order is not confirmed to our Payment Gateway Aggregator. If the order is confirmed to the aggregator, we will try and assist you as much as possible but cannot guarantee cancellation of order or complete refund. It will be handled on a case to case basis. Decision of Passion Green will be final.
- As per our guarantee clause we will replace the plants that wilt / die during the guarantee period of 2 days. Please send us pictures of the plant within the two day time frame and we will take a decision. The Plants will have to be brought to our store with 7 days from date of delivery if a decision to replace is agreed upon. We will be happy to refund the money if we find that plant health is not up to the mark and the recipient does not wish for a replacement. The refund however will be made to person from whom the order was received. The decision pertaining to the health of the plant taken by Passion Green will be final.
- All payments for refund will be done via bank transfer or cheque.
